The Shema is a portion of Deuteronomy 6 memorized and recited by our ancient ancestors.  In part, it asserts we must love God with all our hearts, souls, and strength, a passage later Jesus would quote (Matthew 22).  This Sunday, as we celebrate Mother’s Day, we will have a conversation about Raising God-Lovers in a culture pulling away from Christianity.

God Keeps His Word

This Easter Sunday, we will have a conversation about God Keeps His Word.  The Resurrection of Jesus was the most shocking news in all of history.  Death could not keep Jesus in the tomb.  Why did He rise from the dead?  One reason: God always keeps His word.  How does this promise kept touch our lives today?
