Ruth 3 teaches us Love Finds A Way!.

With encouragement from Naomi, Ruth takes an unusual risk. Ruth goes to a party that would change her life forever.

Attraction is sometimes not enough to connect people. It was risky for a woman in those days to be forward with a man, and yet, when love is at stake, why not?

In chapter 3 a connection was made, but the connection gave birth to a big conflict.

The story of Ruth brings up the whole issue of dating. Hence, Sunday’s message is: The Concept Of Dating.

To appreciate the customs of ancient Israel we take a tour of the evolution of dating in our own culture.

The Industrial Revolution introduced a new way human relationships were founded and developed.

It’s both interesting and valid to see God’s principles never going out of date in the arena of human relationships.

We’ll take a peak at Ruth 3 this week, and then next week we’ll unpack it.

What does gleaning wheat and barley have to do with me? We are 3,000 years removed from the story of Ruth and Boaz.

Sunday, we will be in our third installment of There Is A Redeemer: Boaz, Ruth, & You.

The theme: Place Is Everything! God blesses in places He chooses.

He moves people into position where He can favor their lives. Faith is our personal GPS to locate that place.

God is in the business of bringing people together for purposes only understood by people of faith.

God creates the circumstances and waits to see if the people will take a step of faith.

Our culture calls these circumstances “luck.”

The Book of Ruth reminds us that our Father is far more involved in our daily lives than we ever imagined.

He opens doors and gives and the opportunity is born to grow a stronger faith.

Ruth 2 is all about, “It Ain’t Luck!”

We will walk through one of the greatest short stories ever!

A handful of characters will demonstrate how the invisible hand of our God works in our lives.
